Refund policy
Making sure customers are happy with the products they receive is our top priority.
As such we offer a 30-day Quality Guarantee - If the product is damaged or defective then you can let us know within 30 days and send us some photos. Once confirmed we will issue a refund or remedy the situation, for example, by replacing the product.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and the fact that we partner with an external professional printing house to help with production - we are not in a position to accept "change of mind" returns as our printing partners can not handle the returns.
The maps are artistic works which are sold 'as seen'. All details are made visible on the product pages before purchase and it is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with the design and details before purchase.
We do apologise for this and are looking for solutions to accept returns in the future.
This does not take away from your statutory rights.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
